01RFA Website & CMS
A production website ecosystem for an international NGO: a React.js public website, a Laravel API that supplies structured content, and a separate Laravel Blade CMS for editorial administration.
A locally deployed and actively maintained project-management system for beneficiary assessment, enrollment, practical-skills training, QR and manual attendance, reporting, monthly payment coordination, and trainer operations—supporting programs intended to strengthen participants’ financial independence and household resilience.

Translated a real humanitarian training workflow into one role-aware application, from beneficiary assessment to enrollment, classes, attendance, payments, and reporting.
Designed an automatic QR attendance flow around printed student identity cards while preserving manual attendance for operational resilience.
Created trainer and BPL workflows that support student management, class transfers, schedules, attendance review, and cash-distribution coordination.
Built printable attendance reports, student profiles, QR cards, permissions, and administrative controls for day-to-day field use.
The final experience is shaped around clarity, maintainability, and measurable operational value rather than visual novelty alone.
Beneficiary survey, interview, and assessment before enrollment.
Enrollment into six-month or one-year practical-skills programs intended to improve financial independence and family livelihoods.
QR-based automatic attendance using system-generated student ID cards.
Manual attendance, monthly attendance reports, and printable outputs.
BPL department workflows for coordinating the AFN 7,000 monthly participant payment process.
Trainer dashboards for student, class, schedule, and transfer management.
Student profiles, permissions, reports, and operational auditability.
A highly interactive client-side interface for trainers, administrators, attendance, reporting, and BPL workflows.
Authentication, permissions, beneficiary records, schedules, attendance, reporting, and business rules.
QR identity cards, student profiles, monthly attendance sheets, and operational PDF outputs.
Deployed close to the operational users and maintained as a working end product.
